Information we collect

• Your font description, selected character sets, uploaded images or font files, and support messages.
• Your checkout email, order identifier, selected product, price, and payment status.
• Analytics such as pages viewed, interactions, device and browser details, approximate location, and campaign attribution.

How we use information

We use your information to evaluate the request, generate and manually review the font, deliver files, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and improve Fontcraft.

We do not use your checkout email, description, or uploaded references for advertising personalization.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and processes your card details. Fontcraft does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe temporarily authorizes the order amount, and we capture payment only after the completed files are delivered.

Analytics and advertising

Fontcraft uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and campaign performance. Google may process device, interaction, and campaign information according to its own privacy terms. Fontcraft disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals.

Storage and sharing

Uploaded references are stored privately and are not exposed through public links. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Fontcraft, including payment, hosting, storage, email, analytics, and professional advisers, or when required by law.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can limit analytics through your browser's cookie controls or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You may request access to your personal information or ask us to delete information that we are not legally required to retain. Email support@fontcraftai.com.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
