Terms of Service

The service

Fontcraft creates custom display fonts from your written direction and optional references. A demo order includes a style sheet and sampled multilingual font. A complete order includes production TTF and WOFF2 files for the character sets selected at checkout.

Your references

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every description, image, and font file you submit. You grant Fontcraft permission to process those materials only as needed to evaluate, generate, review, deliver, and support your order.

Do not submit confidential material or content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

Pricing and payment

The checkout price is based on the product and complete character sets you select. Stripe places a temporary authorization on your card when you order. Fontcraft captures the authorized amount only after the completed files are delivered.

If we cannot fulfill the order, we cancel the authorization and do not charge you.

Production and delivery

Complete fonts can contain thousands of glyphs. Generation takes hours and varies with the selected character sets, followed by manual review. Typical delivery is 2-3 business days, but timing is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Cancellation

Email support@fontcraftai.com from the email address used at Stripe checkout and describe the order so we can identify it, for example by its style reference or selected character sets. We can cancel an order only before we begin processing the font. Once processing has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Corrections and revisions

Manual review is included before delivery. We will correct missing, corrupt, or materially incomplete files for the character sets you purchased. A new creative direction, substantial style redesign, or additional character set is a revision outside the original order and may require a separate order.

Commercial license

After payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use the delivered font in your own branding, logos, websites, apps, games, video, print, packaging, and client work, and to embed it where those projects require.

You may not sell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the font files as a standalone font product, or share them except with contractors working on your behalf. The license does not transfer ownership of Fontcraft's service, process, or other customers' work.

Generated output

Fontcraft creates an original output for your direction, but visual styles and general design ideas are not exclusive rights. We cannot guarantee that no existing or future typeface will share similar characteristics. You are responsible for checking whether your final use requires trademark or other legal clearance.

Service limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fontcraft is provided without guarantees beyond the deliverables stated for your order. Fontcraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Changes and contact
